Return Policy

All merchandise sold by, Desert Sunrise CBD, Revivid USA and Revivid is sold AS-IS.  By making a purchase with Desert Sunrise CBD, you are confirming that you have read and understand our return policy.

Return Policy: All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit.

Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 3 days of receiving the product at cbdesertsunrise@yahoo.com to alert us of the product damage. All damaged product must be returned prior to replacement. Upon receipt of the damaged product, we will ship out a replacement.

Shipping: To return your product, you should contact us prior to returning the item to receive a return shipping label.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Desert Sunrise CBD will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address listed.  Upon inquiry, Desert Sunrise CBD will confirm delivery to the shipping address provided with the order, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
